It is essential to complete the registration form in advance for all guests included in the reservation. This measure complies with national tourism regulations and is necessary for access to the accommodation.
2. Access for Registered Guests Only:
For security and internal compliance reasons, external visitors are not allowed inside the apartment. Access is limited only to guests previously registered in the reservation.
3. Prohibition of Psychoactive Substances:
The consumption, possession, or sale of psychotropic or illegal substances within the building and apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund.
4. Commitment to the protection of minors:
In compliance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, HOUSINN co-living Ayacucho warns all its guests that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors are criminally and administratively punishable offenses in Colombia. The establishment categorically rejects any form of sex tourism.
5. Compliance with the accommodation contract:
All guests must comply with the conditions and rules established in the accommodation contract, which is an integral part of the reservation and accommodation process.
